uBR924 QoS configuration

Hello,

Does anyone has an experience with configuring the QoS in the uBR924, I'm configuring class-maps, policy-maps etc etc, but the uBR is behaving like not supporting QoS.
What I want to do is limit upload and download and give priority to VOIP, TELNET, ICMP.
