ubr 7223 problem

Dear All,
I have problem with my cisco uBR 7223, PC that's connected to cable modem can't get IP address from DHCP server (Cisco Network Registrar). each time I connect new PC to Cable modem , then I should reboot cisco uBR 7223 in order to new PC get it's IP address, I think we no need reboot cisco uBr in order to PC reach it's IP.
Would you give me reason about this problem ?

Note : when this problem appear I see in log file that DHCP server stuck in waiting dhcp request from PC, I reboot ubr7223 and problem fixed

Make sure that your PC's are setup to automatically discover DHCP server.

Also, assuming your running Windows OS on your PC, you should be able to reset DHCP from the workstation by performing the following commands from the DOS prompt.
