Uagent Client Enabled but stopped.

The following is a screen dump of the Uagent Client that is installed on the HP-UX 10.20 workstation. It isn't known how or why the uagent daemon gets stops. We need help to understand the cause of this as it will help fix the cause of failed backup processes. The problem isn't everyday but seems to be at least once a week and it isn't always on the same process nor on the same system that is being backuped up. The system administrator tried to traverse threw the tree structure, after being notified that the Uagent was stopped, from the ArcServe Server but was denied access to the Client until the system administrator of that system restarted the Uagent.
