Have Customer currently running UA5200 Clients (Version 11.0.731) on Windows 8 machines to a UA5200 Server (version 11.0.35). They want to update the PC's to Windows 10 Enterprise. He loaded a UA5200 client (version 12.0.220) on the machine. He can login the client but gets the message " UA5200 server call processing service is disconnected". Other PC's with older client are still working OK. Could it be the version of his client of a mismmatch between the client version and server version causing the issue?

Usually a newer client version needs to go with the same newer server version. Have you tried the older client on the new PC?
