Hi all,
We have new UA5200 with SV9500 installation. But the UA5200 client cannot connect to the server.
I tried test either Client installed on Client's PC or on UA5200 server but same.
Where should I check to find out the root cause?
The workstation name and primary line with subline of Client is correct.

What message do you get when you try to connect?

@DoubleDriveLine,
Can login but it shows that "UA5200 Server call processing Service is disconnected". I tried enable the "UA5200 Server" service in the server but couldn't.
Attached file for more information.

Well at this point this is where I would call NTAC. Based on what I see the server has an issue. That service should run.

If you haven't install it you need to install XMPP. Without it UA5200 will constantly be looking for the service and log the error. It will run without it. but it complains constantly.

I did install the XMPP and assigned the XMPP domain for it but still not work.

I figured that would not stop the service from running. It just needs to be in there.

In the PBX did you assign a Monitored number as the OAI server?

You mean here?

No the Main PBX section for OW5000.

Should be system Menu | PBX

Select the Pencil beside your PBX

Under PBX there should be reserved numbers

One of them must be set to OAI Server

Note it has to be in AMNO first

Yes, I configured AMNOL and assigned the Reserved Numbers into PBX:

You are missing a monitor number for OAI Server. It is needed for call control. It is also missing from the manual to install UA5200 server. Check out OW5000 and UC700 to make sure you didn't miss anything else.

I assigned a number for OAI server:

OW5200 --> Platform --> OAI server: dont show the tabs "Server Setting" & PBX Setting as manual:
- In my system:

- In manual

That is correct now. That item will give you call control if UA5200 server was running. Did you check your licensing to see if you had a license for the server? Try to sync your license again.

You can leave the OAI Tenant as 0. That means all tenants.

What you are seeing is a difference in the manual verse software changes. You will not see those tabs in the current version. A lot of the documentation for UCE no longer matches the actual software interface.

The training doesn't help either as it is dated as well.

The license loaded successfully. Can you check if anymissing license make UA5200 Manager service cannot start up?

Sorry I have been running hard for the last couple of weeks.

You don't have a license for UA5200 System License. Odd that you have 6 loop licenses without having the system its self.

That will stop it from running.

I also quite surprised why the system license missing as the list was offered by NEC.
Does UA5200 go with demo license? Because I tried to install demo to verify the problem but it got the same issue - cannot enable the UA5200 Server Service.

No trial licenses for UA5200 that I know of.
