Hello All,

I am a software Contractor.

For the past 3 years I have been doing Access with loads of VBA.

Any date comparisons in Access SQL require the use of the US date form MM/dd/yyyy, enclosed with hashes eg #5/30/2000#

The Access system I have just installed coexists with another database system which uses the UK date system dd/MM/yyyy eg 30/5/2000

My problem is that if I leave the system regional date settings in the UK format, my Access date comparisons do not work.. If I set the regional system date setting to the U.S. format the other system screws up.

Since this system resides in the UK I need to make the Access SQL date comparisons work while leaving the regional date setting in the UK format..

There must be a simple way of doing this.. what am I missing guys?
