TZ89N-AV TL892 Error 2072

hi there it doesnt look like im going to get an answer on here for this one but who knows. I have a TL892 tape library with two TZ98N-AV tape drives and i keep getting a drive power up error on dlt 1. i was wondering if anyone knew exactally what this error is and how to fix it

I don't know anything about these devices but I have to ask the obvious question....have you verified the SCSI address settings?

yeah i gave up on that for now a lot more stuff in this office for me to f up lol but i think the power supply was bad
