TZ170 Factory Reset

I cannot do a firmware reset on my TZ 170.
I push the reset button, plugt the unit in, the service light comes on solid and then it starts to blink; no matter how long I hold the button in, it won't stop blinking and the unit will not reset.
Note: It was working fine, I was testing and removed the web manage setting thinking I can do a reset and use another configuration, but i cannot remember the credentials for https login and now I can't reset.The unit still works but I can't log in to make changes.
