I recently got a TZ150w to replace my Netgear FSV114 Firewall and I cannot get a IP address from my Comcast cable modem.
I tried updating the firmware on the Sonicwall, resetting my cable modem, pulling the battery out on my cable modem, and factory defaulting my Sonicwall.
Is there something I'm missing? My Comcast is a dynamic IP, so I have the WAN port set for NAT with DHCP client. Is there something else I need to do to get an IP from the cable modem?
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
