only use to working with opt11c w/ callpilot.
so now have another office picked up that has 51c/61c with mermail
what are commands for logging in and (programming) to meridian mail and switch back to pbx 51c?

If you are using the same terminal it is A and X to get into the mail and Control and the right bracket to get out ]

i've never worked on an 81 that used the ax command to access mermail. but that does not mean that it can not be done.. i've only installed 30 or 40 of those

You can't use the AX command on a 51 thorough 81. You need a separate terminal or an A/B box.

Hey guys, Im having a problem with a meridian 2250 switchboard. If a customer calls in you can hear the first buzz and get the call, but if a second caller calls in you dont hear the buzz but you can see CW01 in the display window at the right hand corner. It was working properly but all of a sudden it stop buzzing through on the second call.

digitalbwoy What does your question have to do with the Origanl Question?????

Original question.....pbx commands are commands for configuring phone and so forth same from opt11 to opt 81? LD20,23, so fOrth? i guess anything different I should not do in 81c when seting up/moving phones?

option 11 has differences than 21 thru 81. Lot of techs here good with 11 commands & 21 thru 81. When I see things mnemonics I've never heard of, usually 11, which I do not know.
