typeperf shows too high numbers on a multi CPU machine ?

HI,

Runnning typeperf remotely (using psexec) from W2003 server to another W2003 server (4 CPU machine) shows too high numbers on a multi CPU machine .
If a certain process shows 150% via typeperf,same process checked locally using Windows taskmngr may show 30% ...

What am I missing here ?
