Type phone number, pulls rest of info into form from client table

I have a table that has client information and I have a form that keeps tracks of repairs. I want the client info to automatically fill in on the form when I type the phone number of that client (so I don't have to retype it for every repair that they have).
Please help...

You're definitely thinking along the right lines. Take a look at the "Fundamentals" article on my website, linked below. It explains why you'll want to have at least two tables, one for clients, and one for transactions (or repairs, or whatever you'll call them).
