I have a report created within VB6 on my XP development machine. It shows up fine on my development machine but when I copy the app to my WIN98 laptop, the report still shows up OK but it first pops up the message "Type mismatch" in a Crystal Report Viewer message box?? The report is pretty vanilla - no parameters or formulas or running totals. I can clear the message (press OK) and continue. Any ideas?

Perhaps they have some DLL's out of synch, try applying the service pack.
