Type 2 Error trying to forward messages in Outlook Express 1

I am having problems forwarding mail in Outlook Express under Mac OS 9.1. The problem began after upgrading the RAM in this system, but after returning to the original configuration and trying just the new dimm, the problem still exists.

I've also tried installing the latest version of outlook express, but that doesn't seem to help either.

Type 2 is a memory issue. Have you tried increasing the memory for Outlook.

Apple + I once outlook is select and change the amount of memory for the application.

Could try deleting the pref's file as well. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.

Ah, I was going to come back and update this, but all the systems were exploding today, so I didn't get a chance...

I called on my guru yesterday and he also suggested deleting the prefs file, which did the trick.
