I would like to shift some fields in my report to a specific position.
I am using the .left for it but whatever I try the field does not move in the report.
I tried open report, lost focus and some others but the field is staying where it was defined on the report.
What should I do??

Could be the reason, but no error messages? and actualy I'm not working in the runtime version but under the normal ACCESS 2007.
Any other hints?

Yeah, in addition to Michael's post you may have to use the .Move() method of the textbox.

Hope this helps

What Michael meant by the runtime is when you open the report (which is when the events are fired), you have more option's in the design view of the report (Design time) than you do when it's running (run time).

Hope this helps
