txbuffer write cycle

On our Novell 4.11 server, we periodically get:<br>
<br>
WARNING: Txbuffer Write Cyle messages.<br>
<br>
Immediately after that, users get kicked off the network. The server does not crash, and we can log in...but we do not know why the above causes a problem.<br>
<br>
Does anyone have any input?
