Two versions of ID 2.0?

I finished a designing a brochure and the prepress people can't open it. They get a message saying my version is not compatible with their's. We both have 2.0. Any ideas?

Do you both have version 2.0.2? If not, why not?

Does your computer have any odd plugins that are required on the other system?

Hi

First check the ID versions on both computers, but that will not give you any answer. Here are some solutions:

Deliver the brochure in .PDF format?

Or, why don't you export each page as .EPS, or something?

Or, make the .PS file and deliver that.
