We have two users from a remote site that come in via the CITRIX box now I am being told that they get each others outlook autosignatures when they send emails? Any ideas why?

Are they logging into the Server anonymously? If not make sure that their mail profiles have their "PERSONAL FOLDERS" located in their Citrix profile. By default a file named DEFAULT.TXT is created to store the signature. This file SHOULD be located in a SIGNATURES folder under the user's NT profile. Thus, the problem if your users are logging in anonymously.
