I'm looking to setup some way to sync with both our server and with our outside reps via e-mail. Our outside reps are setup to send updates via e-mail to their manager, then their manager would synchronize with the server after reviewing the changes from the reps. The problem is, you can only set up one type of sync at a time so he'll have to go back and forth between sending/receiving syncs from the reps and resetup the sync to send/receive to the server. Is there some easy way to either setup the multiple syncs or maybe some icon he can hit to auto-sync with the server?
