I have never done it, but one assumption is that you would just split your capacity into 2 different trunk groups? It will be interesting to see the answer

You can segment the trunk
make 2 bcgr groups in the tdcsu
so you would
add-tdcsu with 1&&19 for bcgr 1
then add-tdcsu (extend) with 20&&30 for bcgr 2
set bcgr 2 for your outbund in your routing
I think you are mixing up 2 x TDCSU on an ISDN Card and 2 x TDCSU on an IP Card.
It is possible to have 2 trunks on an ISDN Card and for them to be individually broken up into BCHAN groups but not normally done.
