Two Sites 1 & 2 - Nortel CS1000 ERR (ESN0134)

I have two sites with Nortel CS1000. I'm trying to link the sites together for four digit dialing capability to each site. One site access code is 7 to reach a outside number and the other site DID's 78xx- 79xx. I'm getting and err esn134 Ld 87

quite simple - if you have an access code define as 7 then you can't have any extensions that start with 7 sames goes for site with extensions starting with 7, then you can't have anything starting with 7 except for more extensions.
