Two simple Win7 questions: Fast User Switching and NTFS permissions

My WinXP Pro PC just died and I'm buying a new Windows 7 PC. There are two features I very much like and would like to know whether Windows 7 Home Premium and Professional have both of these:

"Fast User Switching" like in XP:

The other feature I am interested in is the ability to configure NTFS permissions on a granual level. I remember XP Home only allowed for "Simple File Sharing":

...because of that, I went with XP Pro. I need the same ability to configure specific NTFS permissions, not MS's cheesy simplified thing. Will Windows 7 Home Premium do that or do I need Windows 7 Professional?

Yes to Windows 7 Home Premium to both questions. Home Premium has a Security Tab and the ability to switch users without logging off either user.
