IS it possible to seperate 2x groups on one call pilot? ie: if we had 2 companies sharing a call pilot, can we set it up so that one company cant dial by name or zero out to the other company?

Thx

You need to be specific as the wich Call Pilot and verison software.

If you have CP 100/150 then yes you can share and have their own greetings and dial 0 to get the proper reception etc.

Dial by name is system wide, just dont ask people to press # in the company greeting for the one customer if they dont want it, you can also just not put a name attached to the mailbox as well.

Sorry can't be done, Call Pilots only have one customer. I've been waiting since they came out for Multi-Customer like the Mermail had.
