Two Select Menus 1

Hi all,

I've searched this forum and couldn't find anything that I've managed to make use of so here goes...

I've got two select boxes on a screen that are populated by values from ASP. I want the values displayed in select box 2 to be filtered and only show those relating to the value selected in select box 1...

i'm sure this is really easy but javascript isn't my area, any ponters / examples would be really cool!
