Two roll-over groups (LHK) on one phone

I have an M2616 with the following configuration:

Key 0 SCR 3320
Key 1 SCR 2320
Key 2-8 are misc. options.
Key 9 SCR 3000
Key 10 SCR 3001

LHK is 1

Currently, Key 0 rolls to Key 1 if Key 0 is busy.
Key 9 does NOT roll to Key 10 if 9 is busy.

I want to make Key 9 roll to Key 10 and still have key 0 roll to key 1.

Any suggestions? Can this be done? Monkeylizard

Change LHK to 10. Key 0 will still roll to 1 and Key 9 will roll to 10. that should do it.

LHK (last hunt key) tells the phone how far up it can hunt starting with 0. If you had two more scr keys programmed on say key 4 and 5, they would also rollover because they are below your LHK setting of 10. Hope that helps and I didn't confuse you.

Since LHK is for LAST Hunt Key, If my SCR on Key 0 and 1 were both tied up and another call came in on 3320 (assigned to Key 0) would it roll to Key 9? Monkeylizard

sglis is correct in what he said. The hunting follows consecutive keys. It is broken by a feature button or a blank (NUL) key. So to get ext 1,2,3, & 4 to hunt you must have them on consecutive buttons with the LHK equal to or higher than the key with the last extension on it. If you want to break the hunt, separate the ext by a feature button such as transfer - i.e. ext 1,2,TRN,3,4 - with the LHK equal to or higher than the key the last extension is on. If you notice I didn't use key numbers because the feature works no matter where the extensions are on the phone.
