Two ringing extensions

I have two sites that are connected by a point to point T-1. When calling extension 216 from site B extension 216 and 331 ring. But when calling extension 216 from site A which is where extension 216 is at only it rings. Could there be something in the routes that could cause this. Thanks for any and all help.

Sounds like a Private Target Line with recvd. digits, 216, is applied to DN 331.
