Question 1) A friend has a computer that will not open shortcuts from the desktop with a double left mouse click. They will open with a right click/open. Everything outside of the desktop the double left click works fine. I searched here and M.S.K.B. but found nothing. Any Ideas?
Question 2) This one is on mine. Whenever I do a right mouse click and select send to Mail recipient I get the error message Explorer encountered problem and needs to be closed. It will open my mail program (Mozilla) and the file is attached and I can send it but If I need to send a few it is a pain to open explorer a few time to send the files. I can paste a copy of the report if needed. Any Ideas here.
