Two Questions - Avaya P330 - Web and Snmp

I have an Avaya P330 - with two problems.

1. When I attempt to set an snmp trap receiver, it tells me the receiver does not exist, yet I have set this only other switches.

2. The embedded web manager does not deliver web pages. I get a page not found error. Does anyone know who to reload this or where I might be able to download it from. Something seems to be corrupt.
