two or more buttons on a second pool

I can't seem to be able to get more than 1 button assigned, on an MLX-34d, of a second pool I've created.
I need it for the receptionist of the second company so she can receive more than i call at a time.

Any suggestions ?

Well, a NON Operator Phone is only allowed one button for a pool.

I think what you may want to do is make her an ATTENDANT and then put Button apearances of each line of that pool on her console, and then she will be able to get multiple calls.
