Hi all

we have set CS1000 Rls 7.0 Geographic redundancy with two sites..we have also configure two zones based dialing so that each site can use their PSTN access..it work fine.

Each site require Attendant phone (I1140)..the customer want that when he dial 0 at site 1 it rings attendant of site 1 and on site 2 ring attendant on site2...please how to configure two attendant on same system..?

Thanks

We use pretranslation.

SCL:
REQ: prt
TYPE: scl
LSNO 450
SIZE 10
RNGE

SCNO 0450
SCL

DNSZ 16
STOR 0 5001
STOR 1 1
STOR 2 2
STOR 3 3
STOR 4 4
STOR 5 5
STOR 6 6
STOR 7 7
STOR 8 8
STOR 9 9

Then PRE list connects SCL and XLST:
REQ: prt
TYPE: pre
CUST 0
XLAT 50
PRE 450

Then you can add 50 to your XLST parameter.

In this case, when the user with XLST=50 dial 0, it will ring 5001.

thanks for your reply, but when I try to enable the pretranslation within LD 15 FTR_DATA

PREO 1

I get this error "SCH3720"

Please what this means..?

Thanks

You'll need to create the Speed Call List PRETranslation first

Cheers!!

Thanks for your reply...I have create two speed call list LSNO 0 and LSNO 1 with XLAT 0 and 1...then I can change the PREO to 1.

Now it work good..!!

but one question, why it must create SCL 0 and 1 first to make this working..?

thanks

Regards
