I have a BCM 200 and I have TWO MS-PEC III Cards, however, the system indicates that Slot2 is EMPTY? I am very positive that the 2nd slot is installed correctly, I checked it twice.

Slot1 is working correctly

Any ideas?

When you say the system is saying it is empty, what system prompt are you using?.

Are you using the Monitor program?

No, in the Unified Manager, it's under "Resources -> Media Services Card -> MS-PEC Information Tab

Try using the BCM Monitor and see what that say's. ou can also see what percentage of resource is being used. I have nerev seen any of my 60 BCM's ever use more than 60% of just 1 PEC card. The other's are always 0%.
