I inherited a Norstar setup and without any documentation. Luckily, I have some experience with same setup. I have two MICS 6.1 talking to each other via PRI. Site A has a CallPilot 150. At site A, everything works normally. You can do a Feature 981, etc. At site B, the feature codes don't work. The (vendor, I assume) set up button 1 (MSG) to simply autodial the Callpilot extension and those sets access callpilot the same as they would if they called in from home: "Enter extension following by password and #". I'm used to just entering my password and going. Interestingly, the message indicator lights on the phones work at site B, but a Feature 980,981, etc. all say Inactive Feature.

At my previous job where I had a similar setup, I just used two Callpilots.

Is using two CallPilots the only way to get working Feature codes at site B or is it possible to do it using one?

Thanks,
Kevin
