Hey guys,
I am editing a form that has a listbox populated with all the employees. The user selects a person, and clicks a button and is shown a report of all that person job duties. I now want to be able to go in and change the job duties and descriptions without having to go directly into the table. I want to have a second listbox populate based on which employee is highlighted in the first listbox. This way the user can click on a job duty and edit or add duties for the employee selected. How do I get the second listbox to fill based on the 1st listboxes selection?
