Two lines in display

I have a user with display envy... Her phone will not display two lines of information, (second incoming caller ID) and her co-worker's phone will.

Is this a CLS issue? How do I remedy it?

M3904 phones.

First of all, check that CLS CNDA is enabled. It's worth printing off the set details for both the working display phone and also the non working one.

Then I'd check in LD 32 the firmware version for both TN's. Do FSUM ALL to see what version they both have. If it's an older firmware version, then pick a quiet time to update it as it will take 10 minutes to complete. Key in FDLU "TN" etc.
