Two IP phone questions

1) Can an IP phone be used on a Partner ACS or can a Partner EURO be used on an IP system?

2) How does the IP phones use headsets? Is there a headset jack and a soft switch used to switch back and forth between handset and headset like with the Norstar sets?

i think they just came out with something like an ip extension for the partner. i got an email from avaya to join them in a webinar for the release.

I think thats the Multitech switch that uses analog ports on your ACS.
