I have a question (obviously).
My publisher has problems converting my Pagemakerfiles to Quark Xpress, in particular with the Helvetica 45 Light bold characters. His advice: switch to Quark Xpress (not an option) or replace the Helvetica 45 Light bold characters with Helvetica 55 or 65.
Problem is I don't manage to find a way to let Pagemaker automatically replace all Helvetica 45 bold letters to Helvetica 65; there seems no option for that in the 'Define styles' section.
I also don't manage to find/change all bold words.
Any ideas?

Hi, kissyfur73,

If the style palette has been used consistently and comprehensively throughout the PM publicastion, then all you need to do is, with the pointer tool and nothing seelcted, doble-click the style in question from the palette and amend "Character".

This will cahnge the chosen throughout the document.

However if the style palette has not been used comprehensively, then you will need to select a text block, hit Ctrl+E and use "Change…" (Ctrl+H) to change the font in all stories.

Iechyd da! John
