Two features on 9611/9641 phones

Hi all,

Coming from the Nortel world, I’m looking for two features that the 96X1 phones don’t seem to offer.

[li]User control of display timeout – or if not controllable by users, where in the settings file can I change it system-wide?[/li]
[li]Live dial pad – user doesn’t need to get dial tone to start punching digits. Pressing a digit either gets you dial tone, or the number is entered on the display and waits for dial tone to make the call.[/li]
