Hi all,

Is it possible to have 1 BB device run email from 2 exchange servers?

We have different clients co-ordinated by 1 guy and he gets email from both of them on different 2K3 exchange servers. Is this possible, or do we just stick with the forwarding method we are doing now.

Regards

You can tweak it if you have Desktop Manager, but it not supported, so if you have any issues, no-one will help you. Here's how - You can rename the first service in DTM > Redirector Settings > Advanced (default is always DESKTOP) to something else. This will rename the service book on the handheld. Then when you activate the second account it will install a service book called DESKTOP (as there isn't one there already).

Other option, if you have OWA is to set up a BIS account with your carrier and have that login to the second exchange server (via OWA) and the BIS account will send the messages to the handheld.
