Is it possible to have one server see two domain controllers?

I'm not sure I understand the question. It is entirely possible to have multiple Domain Controllers, thus other server would be able to "see" them.
I don't think this is what you meant tho...
Please clarify.

Can you explain what you are trying to do. If you have the two DC's and server in the same domain, they will be able to see each other.
