We have a linux suse webserver running two different websites that was stored in two different folders. Its something like this :

Website1 can be found at : /usr/local/apache/htdocs/website1

Website2 can be found at : /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/website2

Before, these two websites are both working and it can be viewed from its URL. Then one day website1 cannot be accessed anymore. Now my problem was I dont know what went wrong. What are the most possible reasons to trouble shoot this scenarios? I cannot also just move website one to httpd folders since I need mysql and php.

Please help

thank.

Are both sites using the same IP address? If you, check your "NameVirtualHost..." directive and check your "ServerName" directive inside your "<VirtualHost..." directive.

If not, what is the behavior of apache? ______________________________________________________________________
