two different subnet same lan need them to communicate

I have my lan data network on 192.168.19.0 backbone pix device (I know crazy this is before I came on board) the other lan on the same network for the voice is 172.20.4.0. They is a physical connection by a gigabit switch, but they dont see each other cant ping and when you do show cdp neighbor you only see the switch for each device not the "bridge" switch by the way the gigabit swich has not interface. I need to admin the voice router from time to time. How do I make the two lans talk to each other? They dont have to do heavy talk I just need to get to it with http or ssh, I was doing some research and came across default route? you smart folks can probably figure this out in a couple of minutes. I can get to both routers to add commands. I know two lans can communicate to each other over the wan so this should be doable on the same network.

more info the voice router is a 2800 series. plugged into a switch for the voice.

Sounds like you need to use layer 3 switching or a router.

Basically, you have to have something that will move traffic from the 172.20.4 network to the 192.168.19 network

2) what make/model is the gigabit switch?

CISCO PIX 525 PIX VER 7.0(4)
switch Cisco WS-C3560V2-48PS Version 12.2, if I can get it down through the switch that would be good. Take in mind I do not want flood the network with with 172. packets just need to interface with the device by the browser and or ssh while I'm on the 192 network.

as long as you have at least IP Base image on the 3560 you can enable IP Routing and use that as your layer3 device to route between the segments.
