Sorry if this has been asked before but..
We currently have a CUCM in a central location servicing several remote locations. All works well.

We are now migrating to another telephone system (cloud based). Each location at any one time will need a mix of the Cisco and the new system at the same time - we can't migrate a whole site at the same time.

The Cisco phones using CDP get the CUCM server information e.g 172.1.1.1. The new telephones have the destination of their host pre-configured 10.1.1.1.

Is it possible for for the VOICE VLAN to allow routing to both destinations so the Cisco can register to the CUCM and the Polycom register to the cloud?

Thanks

Cisco IP Phones use CDP or LLDP to discover the Voice VLAN tag used on the switch access ports. Discovery of the CUCM IPv4 address is done via DHCP option 150. Assuming your new cloud-based system isn't Cisco then it will probably use CDP/LLDP to discover the Voice VLAN TAG but may use a different DHCP option to discover the call registration server. You should be able to configure your DHCP server for both systems. It could also use DNS to discover the call server?
A quick search shows Polycom support various DHCP options - 150 included... You can use DHCP Vendor Classes to differentiate between devices requesting the same DHCP options in this case.
