for the voice mail concern, just add the second ext to the ext field in mail, you can put up to ten ext, one per line.
for forward just all fna to cla and fnd xxxx to the target station, if you want that number to travel on to voice mail, just add sfa to class on the target station. if the target is fna + hta to mail the call will go to mail, if it has a box or is included as an ext on a mb..
