How can I connect two computers and be able to have both of them online when I have only 1 telephone line

isp----tel line----pc1---network cable----pc2

I'm assuming you're using MS Windows of some sort...

pc1 & pc2 both need to have a network card in; if you're using a cat5 cable without a router, remember you will need a Cat5 crossover cable.

pc1 needs to have Internet Connection Sharing activated (available on Windows from 98se onwards).

Check your help files for advice on setting up your network and ICS for the version of windows you're using.
