When going to listen to voicemail is there a key to press to skip the headers? In Meridian mail it was 2.

Also, how would i go about backing out to the main AA if i am in voicemail? So say ive listened to a message and want to call someone without hanging up and dialing back in.

I think the default key mapping is 18 in Unity Connection 7. But you can do a custom key map in Tools > Custom Key Map > tab=Message Header.

The thing is im not seeing skip to message body as an option under the custom key map. According to Cisco documentation its a feature of Alternate Mapping X but i dont see it when i load that mapping.

Not really sure how you to load and view the mapping, but the cisco docs say Alternate X is using "2" for skip to message body. Changed my "touchtone conversation" setting to "Alernate Keypad Mapping X" and it skips the header and plays the message when "2" is pressed. what version of unity are you running?

Bottom left hand side you should see Custom Keypad Mapping.

Anyhow, I am running 7.1.3

It must be a version thing.

Changed my conversation to Mapping X and sure enough 2 does skip but i still need to find it so that i can change it on our current conversation setting which is classic.

I actually was able to figure this out. Unity labels the feature as Replay Message.
