Two cisco Routers on the same network/ Subnet can't ping each but able to ping other sites

Good day

Hi all I have configured two cisco routers 2800 on the same network/Subnet and they are on metro Ethernet Technology so they can see other sites or ping one another but cant ping each other so im struggle to find the solution coz I have compare the configs on both Routers , please help

make sure that the chosen ip for each interface not the network name or the network broadcast ip

router# show ip route

and try to make sure that each router has the other in its routing table ,

if no try to inject it manually **for the two routers

(config)# ip route ip mask (interface/ip of next hop)
