Two business's useing one Partner ACS A.A/V.M. ??

I have a new customer with a Partner ACS with v.mail.
(not sure what versions-haven't been to site yet)
They are starting a new business & want to separate the companies on the phone system(own lines/hunt/auto att. etc.)
My question is:
1)Can they separate the two companies with different day/night auto att. greetings?
2)Can they put the 2 different companies into night mode(with there own greeting)at different times?
3)What version v.m. would you recommend?(10 X 20 system config-day mode=receptionist answering calls with A.A. as back-up)

1) Depends on the Voice Mail system
2) Depends on the Voice Mail system - if Weekly Business Schedule is an available feature, greetings will change based on time of day, NOT status of Night Service button
3)Partner Messaging R7 with at least a 4 port license card.
