Two background images, One Html page 1

This may be a dumb question but, can I use two background images on one html page at the same time? One is the tile image for the background and the other is a watermark.

not exactly but there are some fudges you could do to achieve this for example tile your background image as normal and then set the watermark (which would need to be a transparent image) as the background property for a table enclosing the whole page....
