Hi,
SSAS 2005
We have two cube dimensions which is sourced from the same dimension table with the same attributes. The cube dimensions have been named differently (DimPol and U_DimPol...both from the sql table Policy). When the users navigate the cube, they can see which dimension attribute they require by the nature of the folder structure. COL_A in DimPol can be added by navigating the DimPol folder, and likewise COL_A in U_DimPol. However once the attributes have been placed on the cube area it is not possible to see which is which as they both merely contain the name COL_A. I realise that the name of each attribute could be changed in the "Name" area of the attribute properties, but this seems like a long winded way of doing things. Is there another option?
