I just started a new position that has a S8700 in Colorado and an LSP in Montana both are set up with ACD and there on there own T1's. We have MM 3.0 that both offices utilize. My office with the S8700 is TN 1 and the LSP site is TN 2.

I want our customers to be able to press 0 a get the operator on the switch they called into. If I call Montana to place an order and then decide that I want to speak with the operator then I want the attendant that works in Montana , not Colorado.

Customers hit 0 and get the main operator in Colorado and it confuses both the customer and operator.

We have a attendant queue at my location and not Montana. TN 1 and 2 do not have Attendant Vectoring VDN information assigned.

Is this possible? If so, what do I need to do? Thanks!

First I'd look at:

display tenant 1
display tenant 2

Is the attendant group specified correctly?

Alternatively, if the caller is in a vector when hitting zero, check the goto step xx if digits = 0 step.... check the xx step.

A couple of thoughts...

Thanks,
